Does anyone know why my samsung galaxy tab 3 isn't compatible with fallout shelter?

I haven't seen any information on OS version compatibility. I downloaded it to my device (Galaxy Prevail, Kit Kat 4.4.4) and the game at least launches and lets me navigate the opening slides. I'm at work so I can't really play with it now to see how well it actually runs. Maybe later this evening.

I can't even download it, which is weird. I never had any problems with any other game.

Actualy, when I try to search it from google play, I can't even find it (even on pc)...

I can get to it just by link! Is it possible that it's region locked for a few days?

I think there's a problem with the device permissions. I can't see why an entire line of devices would have compatibility problems otherwise.

What do you mean? The app should ask for permision, but it just says not compatible (on the link, as I said I can't find it manually)

I meant the app doesn't recognize those devices because of the way it was written. You can't see the app in the store because it doesn't recognize your device.

Same issue here, has anyone seen an official response to this yet from Bethesda?

In the play store its named Vodafone HTC HTC One Mini 2. Maybe the app only allows HTC One Mini 2? Can anyone relate with something Like this?

Count me in for problems as well. I have a Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 8GB with Android 4.2.2 and it isn't compatable but my Galaxy Rugby Pro smart phone with Android 4.1.2 is. It really makes no sense

Seems odd we can't get just a brief official answer to this?

Maybe there isn't a support for tablets yet? Maybe we have to wait a few days...

I really want that official answer from them!

could it be because the tablet is WIFI only and not a "mobile" device?

Not being a mobile device shouldn't matter. Android is Android, the only requirement listed is Android 4.1. I'm sensing some weirdness and I bet the lack of response is due to them trying to fix this problem.

I would but the forums won't let me view the posts in the support thread. I've also reached out to them on Twitter with no response.
