Granted this is probably included due to maods being a confirmed thing but will there be a developer console for commands like TGM or TCL for debugging and stuff like there was in pretty much all Bethesda RPGs?

There has been no report from anywhere that a developer console is not present in Fallout 4, so the working assumption it that it is there as usual.

I would sure hate to get hung up on the geometry - or a fat mutant in a doorway - without "tcl".

Witcher 3 tried to suppress their developer console. You can guess what one of the first mods for that game was.

First it has been inn as Morrowind, even Daggerfall has some commands. Second its a lots of help making mods.

If not in it would require another mod with the functions to test it.

I think people said that the speed run video showed pc footidge and the use of TGM so safe bet is yes. But, when u use steam and want those shiny achievements, then using the dev console will probaly lock you from earning them.

Yes it will be in there, it was confirmed that for pc the dev console will exist. No such luck for console (gaming platform) peeps.

If you use a keyboard with the XBox One, I have a feeling it will "just work".
Using a controller with my PC, the only reason it did not work is that I had no way to open it in Fallout NV.

No it wont. Pete(or was it todd?) flat out said no console for consoles, he mentioned it on his twitter account. I am betting he'd not make a statement like that over a feature they have in game.
