As a PS4 player with a terminal illness i am literally dying to get my hands on these. For the love of gaming Bethesda give us something already im going insane which doesn't help my tumor!!!

After the GECK is released, you are going to have to wait months for the PS4 to get mods since it will be the last system to get mods.

Sorry to hear about your terminal illness, but I'd wager to say the kind of cosmetic mods you want aren't going to be enough for them to trying and speed up the process of modding on the PS4. I guess try and play it on someone else's PC system, even though that is a lacklustre option.
