All this talk of Diablo 2 makes me realize the potential of a Diablo 2 TC.. in the Morrowind engine, and moddable? Win.

That would take a large amount of time and could be great, a new landmass or carefully placing the quests into the original island could be fun also without spending a large amount of time. kurast would fit in with the bitter coast, rogue encampent would be good around gnisis, the desert town (can not remember how to spell it) could be put into another landmass or into the grazelands, hell can easily be an interior. and the area from the expansion could go north of vvardenfell on its own continent and look fine.

Or maybe just pick the quests and towns that we found to be the most exciting and just include those.

But too much work. Start small and work up.

Stick with your origonal plan of addin the rouge encampment perhaps on its own island then move on from there ;) i dont want to see this die from over complicated stuff!!

I could, and would like to, but not at the moment, I want to finish some of my retexes I've mentioned, started, yet not finished before I start doing new stuff.

PS: It's just starwarsguy, no spaces needed, SWG is nice for short. ;)

I agree. Thankfully I do have some experiance in creating towns, dungeons, and a little world edditing. So adding a camp and a dungeon sounds possible but my main focus is still the dungeon. If enoupgh people are interested tho I would love to form a team and create a little more of act 1 =D

we should get gunslinger in on this. HE is already making a skull helm from diablo II

Anyway i am off to bed. I am gonna work on some stuff tomorrow. I already have an armor rack in the works as well as a new skeleton. I have ideas for some other things too.

Sounds good. I think i may try working on the dungeon a little more before i call it a night. im going to see if i can finish a good bit of the top level. The skull helm sounds like a good match for the bone shield, sounds like we could have an interesting set if we get a little more armor and a weapon.

Awsome,

yeah if we can get a few more bone items thats would be cool. In true Diablo style though we'd have the armor avalible and then 1 RARE set of the armor. i.e instead of boneshield it would be [insert name here] shield, and when combined with the other RARE bone items it would create the set. Obiviously being a diablo fan you know about sets.

@Dragon - whoops i forgot to include the link lol only gave the picture. But yes its from Barabus's graveyard

Maybe like diablo do a little retexturing to the armor to make it seem more special. Also we can have items with slight texture modifications depending on what the armor does. if it adds to frost resistence then maby give it more of a blue look to it, similar to in diablo 2 where inserting gems would change the color depending on the benifit. Also that reminds me, has anyone made a wolf helm similar to the one found in the diablo 2 expansion?
