Post » Fri May 27, 2011 9:43 pm

Cool, i am working on some "graveyard" textures as well, from the the countess' graveyard in diablo ( the grey stone with green patches)

The countess had a graveyard? are you thinking of blood raven? or am i forgetting something?

I don't remember there being a Graveyard either, Blood Raven lived in one, but the countess? Nope.

Blood ravens graveyard would be a good idea tho.. nothing beats killing a horde of zombies.

we should get gunslinger in on this. HE is already making a skull helm from diablo II

Anyway i am off to bed. I am gonna work on some stuff tomorrow. I already have an armor rack in the works as well as a new skeleton. I have ideas for some other things too.

well i am thinking for the set item could you make the http://www.diarix.net/home/images/items/gravenspine.gif?

Not a very good pic i know but if you could make that weapon that would be cool as we could have a "bone set" ( the shield, helm and wand)

also did you upload the helm?

I also made some textures for the blood ravens gravyard. I feel i captured the moss covered stone effect quite well:

All textures are 1024 x 1024

I'll see what I can do. I haven't uploaded the helm yet I just got finished making it late last night. So I still have to place it somewhere in Vvardenfell. I just don't know where. :P If you want I can email it to you if you want it now without an esp.

Those textures are looking good and im glad to see we have a bone helm for the set. the wand would look good but im not sure about the usefullness of it. Maybe we could have this instead
http://www.diablo2guide.com/database/images/bloodrise.gif

or both.

Thanks ^_^

As for the wand, its a necromancer wand in Diablo II, so its an "offical" weapon. We could slap some Conjuration enhancments on it. Also i am adapting my summon mod to work with the idea of adding bonuses to skeletons to make them more powerful.

So we could also have a script attached to the wand that "powers up" skeletons. I already have the new summon skeleton and skeleton mage spells set up :)

good idea! I was thinking it was just going to be something to knock a few heads with. Also i downloaded a skeleton race before I slept last night, maybe we could use the wand to summon a skeleton based on you current conjuration level. Like how in diablo 2 you had skeleton mastery. add a nice helm, shield, and a good weapon and that could be a stronger summon, while if your skill is low you would just summon a low powered skeleton with only a weapon. Also maby some sumonable skeleton mages like in Diablo 2 could be a good tid bit to throw in. Is there a script that can add/remove spells from your inventory based on an item being equiped/unequiped?? or maybe im thinking to much into this and need to get back to work :)

No skeleton race needed ;) I have some skeleton mage creatures and i am working on skeletons that have the feel of diablo II (arrows in shields, helms ect..)

And yes thats possible. Thats exactly what i was thinking, once i have finished with the zombies and skeletons i will work on the scripts, so you dont need to worry about that :)

also as an update to the dungeon, ive finshed the "first level" wich looks like a normal basemant except for a corner thats partialy caved in and exposing a tunnel leading to the lower levels. it also has a little "camp" that looks like its been used recently by someone...
find out who after playing the mod :P

Awsome, its coming together already.

OH BTW i am thinking of downloading all the resources i linked to and putting them together in ONE esm for use to use. That way we dont duplicate resources by having them in diffent ESP's and using diffrent ID's.

What do you reckon???

haha Your always full of good ideas, that would be a good to keep everything in order. If any one else joins and would like to help it would also be easier to send them just one esm file instead of linking them to 20 diferent downloads.

Yep,

ok i will get srarted on it ASAP - Oh that means you cant continue with the dungeon as i you'd need to use the ESM.

I will also need a list of the mods that you currently have downloaded and are using on the project.

Diablo II Zombies (just simple re-texts of stalkers...)

To be honest i might of forgotten about them and never used them... I should be able to replace what i have with them once you combine everything togather.
