[WIPz] Diablo II - ACT I

To be honest i might of forgotten about them and never used them... I should be able to replace what i have with them once you combine everything togather.

Those zombeis are comeing along nicely. Im adding some last minute changes to the tower cellar -level 1 and then i will continue to work on the lay out of level 2. Once we have our esm file I will begin adding in some good scenery.

alrighty then, i am just packing up the zombie and the graveyard textures and uploaded them to PES.

sounds good. Also should we start a WIP thread? Could attract more support then just a thread with the title of "idea".

I mean the diblo land is "flat" so it should be easy to recreate as interiors. Each new "area" and "land" could be a new Interior.


For instance - The Rogue camp is an interior. Then You Leave the camp, click on an sign thats says the name of the next area and "you appear in the next area". It would save on building an extremely large exterior and also will prevent conflicts with other mods.

If you want once i have done the ESM i could work on the camp interior - I.E just making the "land", and then you can add the rest of the stuff if you want??

hmm, thats a good idea we could actualy create a good bit of act 1 like that because in diablo 2 you couldnt leave the map due to fences and ur inability to jump. we wouldnt really have to do the signs either. 1 cell would be the rogue encampment, clicking on the gates would cause to to travel "outside" and we could suround a certain aread with a fence(and an invisible wall to prevent people fromjumping over it), allowing you to explore and fight a little. traveling between "outside" areas could be by using invisible doors(you can see a little beyong the door but are unable to pass through it) that would transport you to the next area. If we can do that then we could recreate any act from diablo 2. Also with this method we could easily go back and add/remove pieces of land makeing areas larger and smaller.

yep :D my thoughts exactly. For the mean time lets just focus on finding resources

well this is definetly up my ally. i'm quite the fan of diablo 2 so i'm going to keep an eye on things ... best of luck. i'd offer help but i barely can edit the cave outside seyda neen let alone do anything of use. ^_^ take care

We need people who can texture.

Half the weapons from the french resource dont have textures, as they are not included in the download. Anyone up for the challenge??

we really could use a some more people...
someone who can texture, maybe a few ppl for interiors/exteriors to speed up the creation of quests...

yeah, i am currently trying to look for interior land parts to make the gravyard land. lol.

you looked at OoD yet??

cool theres now rush.

i managed to get the ESP workin as an ESM, though havnt managed to get the meshes/textures working as a BSA.

I also have loads more items to include lol
