Dialogs getting stucking (SPOILERS?)

I'm having a weird issue here. When I was in Vault 87, when I first met Fawkes and had to talk through the intercom, the dialog would could stuck after the first line. It would just sit there at the first thing he said. I got around this by just running to the computer and opening his cell before talking to him, but now I'm in Raven Rock and talking to Eden and having the same problem. After he says "Its high time we met face to face" (or something like that), nothing happens. The dialog simply gets stuck there and I can't get to the options.

Here's my load order. I figure it must be mod related, I don't see any other reason for it to happen.

One thing, I noticed you don't have unofficial patch. Unless its merged into one of esm/esp files I dont recognize. It sounds as if player control is being disabled and not being re-enabled. If this is the case, you might be able to do a quick and dirty fix by re-enabling player controls via console (Forget exact code you need to run it, but a search should turn it up). Failing that, I'd try turning off a few mods then running the eden dialoge again. I'd start by turning off anything that fiddles with npcs or dialog, sharing and caring and groovatron.

If you do get the patch, make sure to either not use the broken steel part, or download the alternative bs patch by justinother. Else you will have joyful rivet city ctd'ing everytime you enter/leave.

Alright, I'll try both. Thank you very much. Hopefully it works. If not I'll just coc out of there and come back to it when I figure out a way to fix it.

So I used "coc" to leave the cell and figured I'd return later when I resolved the problem. I went to a workbench to fit a power armor with CRAFT but the CRAFT dialog got stuck as well. What the heck is going on here :/

Also, I tried enabling player controls with the console but it didn't change anything.
