Dialogue - Go back & sound radius

I have been trying to work on the dialogues for almost a week and so far, I have not managed to do what I wanted... :angry:
The first thing i can't do is simply "go back" from one level in the dialogue. I did understand that we need "top level" topic for doing a "menu" (sort of) from greeting, but can we have different "top level" ?
For exemple, I simply would like to do something like :

Greeting > I want to know more... (top level) > how are you ? > Fine thx > (end)
Greeting > I want to know more... (top level) > What your name ? > Superman > (end)

Every time i try to do that i return to the "greeting" level, and see all top level topics. I just want to return at "I want to know more" but I can't. Maybe I need to do a second quest with other top-level thing for that ?

Second problem, I use the script command "say" (just for one line of dialogue), in order to say something to one npc, for now, it works, but there is no sound radius, everytime the npc says something I hear it in the entire level... I have tried multiple things, startconversation, do a conversation topic, sayto, add "npc.say", etc... No one works, I still hear the sound everywhere. :banghead:

I replied to myself : for the say command, the wav file used need to be in mono not stereo, change this thing fix the problem.
