I am unable to interact with any merchants with in Diamond City. The only one that pops up a dialogue wheel when I speak to them is Dr. Sun. Also, I am unable to pick-up (examine) the case file on Detective Nick's desk. Last, week I could not get my game to load and the game would just crash, so I uninstalled the game and re downloaded it. That did not seem to help so I went back on my save file list and found a save that would load. It was several hours worth of game play lost, but it seemed to work. This is when the issues with the dialogue wheel started. Any suggestions on how to fix?
