Im not going to spoil anything but this is kind of game breaking so I hope this gets fixed. long story short helped this guy kill some drug dealers, and then killed the guy because that was also an option for the quest. I was miles away from diamond city and there were no witnesses when I killed him, but this apparently made me wanted in DC. so I can never go back unless after some time I do not become wanted anymore but I doubt that will happen.
