The second time I'm in DC and I get the scene where the guy is accusing his brother of being a synth. The guards kill him. I loot the body. Talk to the brother. The DC guard tries to say something to me but no sound?? Now every time I go back to DC they are still standing there around the body and every other time I show up one of the guards is shooting the body. The thing is nothing but a torso now but he keeps shooting at it. I can't talk to the guard as it says he's busy.

So ... I'm I just screwed here? I kept thinking it would reset itself when I QT back to Sanctuary and back, but no. Will this eventually reset? How long does a reset take? Any codes to get past this scene the game is stuck in? I really don't want to go back and find an old save as I tried to do a lot to let time go by.
