Diamond City Doesn't Load

I have had Fallout 4 for almost a month now. I can play it and it works, until at random parts of the game I can no longer load into Diamond City. Earlier saves may allow me to go in, but if the in game calendar moves past a certain time (Oct 31 this time) then Diamond City will no longer load for me. The game will launch, but when I enter Diamond City it remains in the loading screen indefinitely, I left it on over night to test and no results.

This is not the first time I've had the game stop loading Diamond City, which essentially makes it impossible for me to beat the game. I'm extremely frustrated, as I've had to restart the game twice and haven't even made it past the second story mission. Scanned both my hard drives, no errors, made sure all the needed updates for OS, Card, Game, are installed. Ran a RAM check. None of my hardware seems to be the issue. I get that some people have had no issues for over 100 hours, but I can't get past 12 hours before the game stops loading.

I'm thinking it's a load error on Diamond city, trying to unpack the decorations for the in game "Halloween" celebration and getting stuck. Everything else in the game still works, I can go into other zones with no problems, but Diamond city being inaccessible makes all of that irrelevant.

Below are my system specs:

CPU: AMD FX™-8350 Eight-Core Processor

RAM: 16 GB

OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Professional Edition Service Pack 1 (build 7601), 64-bit
