- I did hope for spears...It's not essential to the game, of course, but it does add a new feeling to the combat, more diversity and new ways of attacking and defending.
- I'm also really hoping for mounts (horses). I hope you'll be able to pull them off in a great way. They do add a nice feeling to the game, that I'd otherwise miss a bit, I think.
- I'm not a big fan of HUD, but the way Bethesda has done it seems better than the classic "HUD bars visible all the time". In any case, I'll mod the HUD out completely, forever; and add some health & stamina indicator effects instead... like blur, panting sounds, heartbeat sounds when health/stamina is low.
- I've also hoped for a bigger world than Oblivion's. Hopefully it will feel bigger though, having big mountains and more unique environments
- I wish they had mentioned something about a transportation system a la Morrowind.
- Everything else that I heard (and known from before) is great. While there are a few things I'm moderately unhappy about, OVERALL it's going to be a truly amazing game. Or... rather a truly amazing world. To label Skyrim as a game wouldn't feel right; it's more of a world of its own
Go Bethesda! :foodndrink:
