Did I get it right?

I'm trying to start Daggerfall. Again.
I have a very precise image of the character I want. I may even translate these to a more visual medium, when I get the chance.

Class Name: Battlemage / Agent (help me pick?)

Attributes

STR: 60
INT: 45
WIL: 50
AGI: 60
END: 40
PER: 45
SPD: 50
LUC: 50

I'm rather unsatisfied with the attributes. I had to remove point somewhere...

Primary Skills
-Long Blade (what classier weapon is there?)
-Destruction (for fire!)
-Critical Strike (for efficiency)

Major Skills
-Dodging (I won't be using shields. They're cumbersome)
-Mercantile (Obvious reasons are obvious)
-Restoration (I was unsure what skill to place here. I remember Restoration as being very useful in ARENA. But it could be replaced)

Minor Skills
-Climbing (Agent is agent-y)
-Medical (When out on the field, I must mend my wounds)
-Running (I can sprint! Not for too long, but I still can!)
-Jumping (Acrobatics are acrobatic)
-Etiquette (Could be moved to Major Skill. Eloquent gentleman is eloquent.)

Max Hit Points per Level
I'm thinking of a number between and including 4 and 8.

Special Advantages
-Regenerate Health In Lights/In Darkness (I can imagine whichever working)
-Bonus to hit humanoid (Being a duellist and all...)
-Adrenaline Rush (a hidden strength, unleashed only in times of need)
-Expertise in Long Blade (need I explain?)

Special Disadvantages

-Darkness/Light Powered Magery : Unable/Lower Reliablity in Daylight/Darkness (I can imagine both. I suppose I need to do some thinking...)
-Low Tolerance to Poison
-Low Tolerance to Disease

Reputations
-2 Peasants
+2 Nobility

I'm really unsure. But I'll get this part right. At least.

I would take out running and leave it as misc. You move slower at first, but since you're practically always running it will shoot up eventually. And I would think about removing the magery disadvantages if you're going for battlemage, no reason to gimp yourself. In fact, you probably want to take and increased magery advantage, since the amount of SP you have with no advantage is very low. Since you said you won't use shields, maybe do a disadvantage for not using shields.

You aren't ALWAYS running, are you?
Even in cities?

Take increased magery (at least 1.5X) or you will not have enough magic points to do anything.

This.

Some other suggestions:

- Try to get the advantage "spell absorption" (at least "in darkness"). It weighs heavily on the difficuly dagger, but it also makes fights against daedras, liches and human mage-type characters a LOT easier, especially at high levels. Not to mention you can absorb your own area-range spells if you launch them nearby, giving you another strong advantage: you'll never run out of mana.

- You should remove the "regenerate health" feat (it becomes useless with high medical skill and when you're able to cast and make your own healing spells)

- Also, I'd increase intelligence by at least 10-15 points (else your spell points will be too few).
