I purchased a set of 5 lunch boxes and did not get them. After the purchase it gave me an error "cannot connect to shop at this time" something. There is a charge on my bill for this but I have yet to receive the lunch boxes. Please fix this or give me my money back! I can provide proof of purchase.

Did this ever get resolved for you? I have purchased some items but a bug has rendered my game unusable. I'd be interested to hear if this has been progressed for you.
