There's hundreds of sites that give out GOTY. Skyrim recently won Spikes though.

Yes, Spike TV's VGA Game of the Year. It's great to see how this awesome game is being given the accolades it richly deserves.

In our personal opinion? or by game reviewers? Not all organizations that issue GOTY will do so to the same game. I doubt it will be passed up. I would give it GOTY personally, but that's more due to the fact that there were no other notable game launches this year for me.

It somehow won GOTY in the VGA's. I don't think that a barely functioning game should have won any awards.

I've put over 130 hours into this game and to say it's barely functioning is gross over exaggeration.
