Not sure how it was before the beta patch, but I cleared out the South Boston Military Checkpoint, and left all my excess stuff in one of the crates there.

Then I went straight to the Castle to do a quest for the Minutemen. After finishing that I went back to the Military Checkpoint (less than one hour later in game time) and the enemies hadn't respawned but all the containers had and the unlocked doors/computers had also been re-locked.

Seeing as I'd lost a lot of scavenging worth of stuff there, I'll reload to get it all back again, but I was wondering if this was patch related or not. Either way, it seems like a ridiculously low time to respawn an area.
