It would be great if they did a DLC where they have Sarah in it, where while out in combat the brotherhood turned on her, she killed them and exiled herself and maybe recruited members of Lyons pride over time to create their own group.?

What happen to her?

I wouldn't be too surprised if Sarah Lyons was betrayed by Outcast sympathizers. As far as Star Paladin Cross goes I see a few possibilities none which are pleasant. 1. Died during the war against the Enclave. 2. Betrayed and killed by the same people who killed Sarah Lyons. Finally 3. The least likely possibility she vanished with the Lone Wanderer.
