Did the xbox goty morrowind come with the plugins?

They're a great value on the PC - back when DLC were free etc.

I really wanted the Master Index plugin included, but the wait for the expansions was really worth it. My characters still have to clutter up their inventories with ten indexes that I can't seem to keep together in one area.
