I'm asking because it's an importing kidnapping quest you get at the very beginning of the game. I missed out on it. I did other kidnapping missions though.

To respond properly would be kind of a spoiler, but lesseee... I'm not sure how you"missed out" on it, but the fact is that the settlement quests are often different for different characters. What was a kidnapping last playthrough might be feral ghouls this time. I'm pretty sure Iknwo what the destination is that you are talking about it, and I've gotten that twice, but different ones three or four times at County Crossing.
