I pre-ordered from amazon and didn't get my psycho pack. I went through the trouble of ordering it there for no reason apparently,now i have no bonus pack. This is unfair whether it was a mistake or purposely if I didn't want anything i could have just got it from a non-chain game store and got it like 1 or 2 days early. Can Bethesda give me a code or some compensation, its dumb for amazon to this, they probably only sold any from the site because the psycho pack is one of the better ones. Did this happen to anyone else?

Well i didnt get mine for my PS# from gamestop. Just said that since PSN is down they dont have the pack available and they will send it when PSN is back up.

If that happens to me, I'm going to go insane. I live in Canada, and pre-ordered it from Amazon.com (in the US) just because I wanted the Psycho pac. I payed about $13 more and have to wait an extra 2 weeks. If I don't get that pac, I'm going to email fire-bomb Amazon and Bethesda until they give it to me :verymad:

I haven't gotten my pre-order bonus yet either. It does say on Amazon that they will send out the code within 2 days after the game has shipped though. (Through email that is.)

yea! i thought that was weird, i just assumed it was a second message, but its 2 different ones i guess....man i'll be so pissed if i got bait and switched out of my psycho pack, i dont give a damn about 10 extra dollars!

If it was sent in an email make sure it wasn't automatically sent to a spam folder.

Yeah I got the e-mail for the 10 dollars promotional credit twice, but I'm pretty sure it's usable only once, since I also have la noire on preorder and it's still the same price.

I checked on my account and it added $20 though. I'm not complaining. TBH i'd rather have an extra 10 bucks than a gun skin and a mask.

I didn't get mine code either so i pvssyd with there the customer support, they gave me a replacement code right away. Then i today i got an email with the original code, so now i have an extra code.
