Very pleased with the pip-boy edition, was really excited when I unboxed it and went to put my phone inside it while the game installed only to find that the inserts to hold my S5 (or any other phone for that matter) were nowehere to be seen.

Needless to say I'm pretty mad about it. It might seem like a minor issue but I paid a pretty penny for this special edition so I really hope this is resolved somehow.

I have done so, after which I received an auto-response listing common issues and stating that I should visit the forums for further assistance. There was nothing in the e-mail stating that someone would look into the issue, can you tell me if that is the case?

Hi there, I have also contacted the support page twice about a defect with my pip boy edition but got auto replies each time, the second time I attached pictures. Should I be expecting a human response or do I need to communicate the issue through here? many thanks, Ash
