Die By the Sword + Playstation Move... Please?

The intense goofiness of the action in the original Die By the Sword has not been duplicated or surpassed in any game since. Absolutely brilliant.

If you guys still have the license for it, would you consider trying to bring it to consoles with motion control?

I believe Activision owns the IP but I'm not 100% sure.

Yeah, Treyarch developed it for the publisher Tantrum which at that point was a wholly-owned subsidiary of gamesas.

Activision bought Treyarch, but didn't necessarily acquire all of their IP.

I wasn't certain whether gamesas had sold this specific wonderful piece of IP or not, however.

According to the United States Patent and Trademark Office the term "Die by the Sword" is still a Trademark of gamesas.

Beat me to it, was going to check that later on. :P

The Support list isn't a good thing to base it on though, games like Fallout are still present even though gamesas technically doesn't own the license fully anymore. I think there also might be a few things missing from the list as well.
