Don't know if anyone has done this before. I looked around and couldn't find anything. Basically I find it pretty lame that the crappy dremora weapons look identical to daedric weapons. I figure a simple recoloring of the textures would be enough. I would do it myself and I probably will later but I just got finished working on a more extensive mod and I just want to play the game now.

Me too, I think if you took some of the colour out of them and maybe rough them up a little I think they would look rather good
