Can someone pls explain the difference between standard and big team freeplay matches on the ps3 - as far as i can see they have identical criteria. I read standard has a max 4 human plyrs per team , Big teams 8 but i cant see the difference on the options in-game. Please enlighten me.

big teams mode was added after the patch (amongst other stuff).
its intended for players who do not suffer from lag or wish to play UP TO a max of 8 vs 8 real life players.

Standard mode is mainly for players who do suffer of lag and with less players there generally is less lag,
due to lower loads on the host.

Either way if there are no human players present, bots will fill in their spots.

Hope this was the info you were looking for :foodndrink: game on!

thanks for getting back with that - but i cant see the actual difference. they both have the same criteria selected (max 8 plyrs, min 1 plyr , no friendly fire etc) if standard is meant for a smaller amount of human players per team shouldn't it read eg:max 4 plyr per team. i understand what the difference is SUPPOSED to be , just cant make anything between them in-game. Hmmm, i shall continue my studies into this ....
