Hi I am underground gamer that like all types of games. Brink looks like Its going to be a great game.

but my only Problem with Brink is (correct me if I am wrong) that i see no female Characters in any of the game Trailers that I've

Me and my girl friend play shooter games to gather and there are all so other females in my clan .

No, all playable characters in the game are male. There are some details on why http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1113952-brink-faq/, it basicly boils down to how Splash Damage wanted to spend their resources, if they divided the character art between genders you'd have half as many options for each character.
