i challenge you to do better. troll.

And I challenge you to not call someone a troll for expressing their opinion.

I would also have to be in partial agreement with Runaf. I like the Castro one, too. B)

But it seems that Mr. Donner has already challenged you. :o

Lol wouldn't take much, these look like they were made in paint. Not trying to rag on you, I just wouldn't be making threads to show these off. The ideas are funny though, just need to clean up the actual pictures.

Constructive criticism: Get photoshop, color inside the lines, don't mix roughly cropped photo elements into a drawing, ect.

Haha, I have seen those, that doesn't mean anything. It's just a testament to the skill of the artist. You can draw a Mona Lisa using chalk, or crayons, or probably fecal matter if you wanted to.

That doesn't make fecal matter a cutting-edge industry standard among artists or image manipulators.

So... why does looking like it was drawn in MS-Paint matter then?

It's a general statement, "that looks like you made it in paint". It's sloppy and thrown together, like you had to work with the restrictions of MS-paint. Ironically that wasn't the case since he used photoshop, so paint can't be blamed for the quality.

Not nice to laugh.
Image editors only give you back what you put into them, and unless you are very comfortable with the tools, it can even be an hindrance.

I know two people who are among the best Portrait artists in the lower States, but photoshop is still rather mysterious to both of them even after nine years.
