can i seriously get a refund for this game? im feeling slightly ripped off here.

lets get my Specs out of the way first so no one can blame my rig. im playing on a;

Alienware M14x R2;
Intel i7 ivy bridge 3720 QM
8GB RAM
2GB DDR3 Nvidia Geforce GT650M Graphics

im running this game on medium across the board and hitting 31fps, im fairly new to pc gaming and im really quite content with 30fps for my gaming needs, what im not content with however is how **** abysmal this game is online.

since the patch ive not been able to last more than 120 seconds in ANY online match be it ranked or unranked, the game just freezes without warning and im constantly having to terminate and restart.

i spent ￡40 on this piece of ****, i wont even get started on all the hackers ruining MP less than a week after release but i get the feeling if your not usiing an aim bot your in the minority, ther servers are ****...no surprise they are EA after all but this game is not finished, doesnt work and isnt fir for sale, i want a refund, by the time this pile of **** is repaired IF EVER then there will be no one left playing anyway

I seriously doubt "Allienware" will give you a refund, but you may try

Alienware happen to make products of high quality that work, Crytek and EA on the other hand sell broken pieces of **** that never work

I think if you go on the EA live chat/Origin Live chat and they may be able to refund you. Maybe even exchange the game, who knows.

Is this happening recently, there was an issue with the 1.1 patch where clients would crash after a few mins of gameplay. That was fixed about 12 hours after the patch release with a server side fix but any outdated servers will still cause a crash.
