Dinmenel's Dwemer theory and the Chim-el Adabal

I'd cite the text of Dinmenel's theory here, but I'm doing this on the mobile site via iPhone and attempting such a thing is daunting. You guys know what I'm talking about, though, it's the only major development in our understanding of lore as of late (keep hunting that Amaranth, though, you guys are on to something, I'm sure). Specifically, I want to talk about his interpretation of the mechanics by which the Tools work: Keening tuning the souls into an oversoul, and Sunder shattering them to the final sub-gradient.

Thinking in this, doesn't that sound a hell of a lot like Martin and the Amulet? The collected souls of the emperors, attuned by Dragon blood, then shattered? Akatosh here might have acted as the frame, like Numidium.
