I play skyrim on the PS3 and I have a problem, I completed Diplomatic Immunity but when the Wood Elf ( I forgot his name ) tells you to retrieve your gear from a chest in the Kitchen area I did and ( I gave him my Nightingale Armor) I retrieved it, it said it was stolen, I need help ASAP, how do I get a new set or fix my current set of armor because I made a Assassin/Thief character and I want to keep my armor if I get caught, please help.
