Dirane's animations replacer toolless version

I've uploaded the two relevant .kf files to 4shared: http://www.4shared.com/file/H1tW2y-h/Dirnaes_animations.html

I've taken out the toe and tail bones and tested these in my game. Skeletons, courtesans, and dancing girls are working fine for me with no errors. Sphinx, please test them yourself before re-uploading the package. Each file has UPD in the name you will want to delete those letters to use. Although this is free for anyone to download, I've not included a readme, as this is intended to be just a fix for sphinx's upload. I don't mind the credit, but don't count on me to troubleshoot animations in general because this is just about the only thing I know how to do with them. :D It is my understanding that no other files than the .kf s have to be altered in any way, but I could be wrong.

according to the test these days , it worked smoothly with human like creature, such as golden saint. no issue found.

Been wanting some new anims, but I'm unsure here. There was that one shown in the videos by someone else with the sword held out when you run...kinda liked that better.

After installing the latest version of this, while in first person I got running sounds when walking and vice versa.

Probably referring to djok's sequence for RunForward1H.kf. Even if you like that one, however, that is but a single sequence -- Dirnae's animations replace that in addition to normal walks/runs, and one handed weapon attacks. Highly recommend that you give it a try, but if you prefer a more manual approach (i.e. choosing which specific sequences you want from Dirnae's) then grab Hrnchamd's version for LizTail's AnimKit http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=31635.

Hrnchmd released an edition of Dirnae's animation replacer that fixed a few issues like this. Is this toolless version built off the original, or Hrnchamd's modification? If not, you could always grab Hrnchamd's and install using LizTail's AnimKit.

I think it is build of the original version, because when i tried the updated version of this one i could still here that running sound.

Yes, this is build of the original version that Dirnae released in jan 2010, the Hrnchamd's modification version released in may 2010, if I remember right.
According to the readme of Hrnchamd's version, it didn't mention whether it can be tread as a modderresource or not.
Hrnchamd fixed the first person sound issue and make the original version move speed slower. personally, I think the move speed of original game is too slow, Dirnae's one looks better.

The only problem with that is that bipedal creatures such as Skeletons and Golden Saints will run at extreme speeds using the original Dirnae sequences, but I believe he released a GMST-tweaking .ESP file to fix this.
