directx 11 + OBGE 2

Not clear then on what you mean. My OBSE.log shows everything as loading fine, pluggins etc. Remember with Win7 not to let it install any of your Oblivion game stuff to its default location, make a new base directory and install to there, avoids Win7 protection schemes.

Sorry, I should be more precision. My OBGE2 without these lib. doesn't start at all ,and "tells" about it in obse.log. (I can't put it here now). So, as I said, it is not the same case.

No. I don't agree. If you have less then 100 mods ,even heavy ones, you should play without WOCPS and FE 2 at all. Otherwise it means your installation is not too good.
100 - 200 mods - useful
250 - 300 must have
350 and above - even the God can't help you.
Of course it is meaningless , 200 mods and 40 level mean you must spend your time curing saves not playing rather.

That strikes me as quite a bizarre assessment. I guess... our mileage varies.

edit: Oh, and did you install Oblivion in the default location (i.e., [Drive Letter]:\Program Files (x86)\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion)...?

I have Win7 and I know how Dx11 works:

Dx 11 does not include Dx 9. It only "emulate" the Dx 9 library to keep compatibility. That's why older programs can work even with Dx 11.
I suggest you to install Dx 9:
- the microsoft website says that Dx 11 and Dx 9 can work together without problems
- you NEED Dx 9 for some programs
so what are you waiting for?

1. I agree. It's enough to change date structure ,from table to dynamic lists for example, and some code "wrote without had " will crash.
2.But I asked about DX11 and OBGE2 and I have the answer - "no problem"
3. There is no simply way to beck from newer ver. DX to older.

Yes. Maybe too much expression. But I'm talking about some rule only .
But not. I use different location. Why are you asking?

He is asking why you used the default installation location in Windows 7 because that default location is known to cause problems with Windows UAC.

I use Win 7 64 bit, and play Oblivion with OBGE v2 just fine. I did not try to install DirectX v9 on purpose for this. It works right away without any problem.

FYI, as many have said, Fast Exit 2 use is independent of the number of mods you use. Even with 0 mods, Oblivion always crashes on exit for many people (including me on my Win XP machine). This is a http://oblivion.wikia.com/wiki/Bugs#Crash_on_exit_leading_to_crash_on_running.2Floading with this game.

The plugin was created to solve that, and not mod problems. WEOCPS is a different tool to solve other crashes (mod-related or vanilla), but I don't see why you are opposed to using Fast Exit2 - it makes no sense at all to me!

1. Thank for response
2. WEOCPS includes some mechanism preventing COE too.
3. COE on clear installation is not acceptable for me . Only if I couldn't find other solution I use these plugs, it masks problem only. I've found one ( # 3 )
