DirectX 11: strange lightning issue

I have a strange issue with lightsources throughout the game. I made two comparison screenshots, one with DX9 and one with DX11 enabled.

Compare the far right area, the barricade and the floor in the foreground.
I tried all combinations of graphic setting under DirectX 11, stock driver settings, deleted shader cache files, restarted game several times, but without any luck so far. No lightning problems under DirectX 9, though.

My rig:
Vista 64 Ultimate
nVidia Geforce GTX 460 1 GB, Forceware 270.61 WHQL, no OC
4 GB RAM
AMD Phenom II X4 945 CPU

Anyone else with this problem? I love the new DirectX 11 features, and the fps are pretty stable, too. But that issue really has an big impact on the game's athmosphere. Please help! THX
