In fallout new Vegas, they also have the dirty pre war outfit and pre war outfits, but the pre war outfits are dirty?
The dirty pre war outfits are torn and have dark dirt and a dark tint which is the same as fallout 3 but the regular pre war outfits aren't perfect and pristine anymore, they have weird white stains on them?
Why did they change the textures and make the ones that should be clean dirty?
It's annoying because I want to wear the pink dress, but there's no clean version like in fallout 3.
