Disabling the Fortune Finder perk?

Hey there,

I made the mistake of taking the Fortune Finder perk and then realizing that I didn't want to use it since it gave me way too much money quite early on, so I deleted it using console commands and replaced it with another. However, the perk still seems to be affecting my game even after deleting it and entering a cell I've never been to before; I opened up the G.E.C.K. and noticed that when the perk is attained, two global parameters are altered:

¤ FortuneFinderChangeOdds
¤ FortuneFinderOdds

Now, both of these are apparently edited to a value of 90 by the perk, so I figured that typing in "Set FortuneFinderChangeOdds to 0" would do it (and the same thing for FortuneFinderOdds), however this doesn't seem to have any effect. Does anyone know what I should do to make the abundance of caps in containers go away?! I really don't want to find 20-75 caps in every container I come across...

Thanks.

If it works anything like the Scrounger perk, it will set a journal (err, quest) entry, silently, which will in turn affect the leveled list objects in containers. Not something that is easily undone. This is just a guess off the top of my head so could well be completely wrong.

Actually, I figured it out already; all I had to do was type:

Set FortuneFinderOdds to -1
Set FortuneFinderChangeOdds to -1

... And that did it! So there you go, for anyone else who needs this information.
