I've been playing for about 2 months now and I had Nine dwellers disappear last night..

I had 199 dwellers yesterday and when I checked this morning I had 190.

This upset me because one the dwellers that disappeared was my favourite and best equipped, he was lvl 50 with SPECIAL stats all at 10 AND he was equipped with the rarest outfit MINUTEMAN UNIFORM and Vengence Gatling laser.

What happened? I check my vault every day and always revive dead dwellers, it seems the dwellers have just disappeared at random.( one from this room, one from that room in no specific order)

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there any way to get my minuteman outfit back?

I had that happen, firs tone from a lunchbox, then two random low levels, all their stuff gone, then I had two high levels with power armor and one had a rusty fat man , their stuff appeared in my storage. I started with 200 I'm down to 195.
