In Vault 81 Calvin has gone, ive been throug the whole vault, he has twins in there, both listed as non interactive NPC's, of course Dr Penske refuses to answer to me when she requested fertiliser, The Npc in Salem that opens the cellar for you isnt there at all, ive wittled Salem down to toothpicks, other than finding the Holy Grail, and the horde of stolen Nazi treasure and the Loch Ness monster, no NPC.

Also no idea if its a glitch or sorry i mean feature, or if its meant to be part of the game, but when did quests become timed, i spend more time saving and in boring load screens than actually playing because if i dont constantly save, either, i get mission failed, last night i went to scrap some guns, while i did that a main quest failed, in 3 and new Vegas never had that problem i could stack up quests and come back to them.
