I am incredibly frustrated and upset with the support of your team, I have tried again and again rephrasing my support ticket and waiting for the agent at the live chat all i want is another access code to enter my account as for some reason the website thinks I am accessing my account from a public computer.
I have pre-ordered this game and willing to pay more premiums for the monthly subscription and I am really disappointed at the service , I dont expect to be treated as a king but I was hoping you to treat us as proper customers. I love the elder scroll series and I hope things will improve.
