Huh. I'm thinking that may be the temple (or at least a temple). As for the line, no clue.

Nice detective work but those are just trees. That structure in the smaller image is High Hrothgar which is located on the southern half of the map atop Throat of the World. The town in the full screenshot is the northern most city in Skyrim AKA Solitude.

Can't be, Solitude isn't a town, it's one of the biggest cities in Skyrim.

Good job spotting High Hrothgar,I never noticed that before.I am pretty certain that is a dragon on the left as well.

Not sure what's up with the triple posts. Some sort of technical difficulties I guess.

I knew that was a dragon. A screen of this same location was posted in another thread earlier and I asked if that was a dragon, but a few people were saying it's just a bird.

Uh, what makes you think the picture isn't of one of the biggest cities in Skyrim?

I referred to it as a town and a city.

The town in the full screenshot is the northern most city in Skyrim AKA Solitude.

A bird? No way that's a bird. It's pretty big and you can tell it is very far away.

No, it is a bird. You can see from how it moves in the video, plus it's brighter than the background because it's up closer. There are a bunch of birds flying around in that image. It's not a dragon.

Are you guys serious right now? Yes, it is in fact just a bird. Take a look for yourselves -> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PjqsYzBrP-M#t=1m20s

If an ad pops up just watch it, close the window, and click the link again. Put it in HD if you must.

Really?

It's a bird. In the foreground. It's flying a long like a silly little bird. It's just stuck in the screenshot because of chance.

Wow... Good job spotting that.

I'm actually very pleased that something like this is in the screenshots. It shows that Bethesda really cares about the world meshing together perfectly and "working" (for lack of a better way to put it).

As for it being High Hrothgar, I doubt it. I speculate (along with many others) that the ship you see is part of Haafingar (or Solitude), and that's on the north coast. Isn't the Throat of the World in central Skyrim?

@ Lifts Her Tail: it's the mid-right part of the windmill screenshot.

Look to the right and you'll recognize this.
