Games have been 50 dollars for many many many years. There's no reason to push it up to 60, not even for an ES game. Especially when we have no idea if it'll be good or not.

I'd easily pay $100+ for a TES game.

Will people quit complaining about the textures, water, etc.! The game is still 9 months away and Pete even said himself that the game is only halfway done! You guys remind me of the people that pirated a leaked beta version of Crysis 2 and they started complaining how it had bugs and needed fixing. Oh gee I wonder why!?

It's about 6 months from release, 5 from going gold. This is a TRAILER. These are the BEST shots and graphics they have. They won't be getting any better in 5 months kiddo. The game isn't half down, its 90% done. But keep on believing while you can. Bugs get fixed. Graphics don't.

Anyone have any idea what the dragon shout translates to? As near as I can tell the words are "Ost Tros Draal", none of which are among the GI translation.

uhhhhhhh yes.. Come on Bethesda you can't do this to us. Release the gameplay trailer and no CE pre-order? That is beyond cruel.

Most LCEs don't tend to get officially solicited for pre-order until two or three months prior to actual release -- it'll be around August/September, likely as not, when retailers like Amazon will have them listed, just going by past release-patterns.

For people talking about how bad the water is, I think its impressive. One its moving, two its white water. I can't think of any other game with white water rapids. Now, find me a picture of still water.

That's not the only water. There was also a shot of the ocean which was just a giant flat grey slate.

No it wasn't done for the trailer, it was already confirmed that everything was actual gameplay, except for the wall scenes.

Yay! I'm so excited

It looks to be more immersive than oblivion but by no means a return to morrowind, balance between the two looks awesome! I'm excited about the inclusion of hardier horses, more customization, nirnroot, and lute players! I'm sure the water will look a bit better by november, but it's no matter either way. I'm sure this game won't be disappointing.

I'm in a lecture right now so i couldn't listen to the audio though :[ sad.

Looks like Oblivion with more dynamic shadows and higher detail character models and textures. Not saying it's bad thing though, don't get me wrong - just very similar, like some of the textures and models of the environment have been re-used from Oblivion.
I love the finishing moves shown in the trailer. Looks great.

That's not a lute. That's a lyre.

Which is cool. To many fantasy games uses lutes and then makes them play music which should be played on a more archaic instrument. This isn't the renaissance!
