Someone in the last thread pointed out open cities. Can't tell for sure if that's right, what do you guys think?

Oh wow very nice, I guess Killmoms and the other video designers are due a raise.

On what was shown the workers around the windmill, using hammers / axes looked great.
The draw animation on the sword very nice.
I hope that throat slash was instead of sneak attacks, a perk for an instant kill at least.
The spell effects hanging in the air.
It all looked fantastic.

Will done to everyone involved making this I say.

I want to talk about that little part in the http://i.min.us/ilFLbU.png where he does a spell that spread through out the room, what is it?

It's some kind of inferno spell that you hit against the ground and damages everything in a radius around you. Sweeeeeeeeeet :) .

Who went out and pre-ordered the game now? I see a link now for people to pre-order Skyrim now.

No CE yet. Bad. Want my CE, with or without LEGS IN FIRST PERSON.

Yeah, I'll allcap that all the time now. Until a dev finds my posts and includes it, or tells me that they have or won't. ^_^

I don't think I am, she's staring right at you and you slice the guys throat right in front of her. But then again, the flinch I think I see happens less than half a second before it goes to the next scene, as if she just started to react to what she saw. Meh, even if I am imagining it, it doesn't make this trailer any less awesome.

After anolyzing the vid, slowing it down, ect ect. I can say either she jerks (unlikely as the lute player is still in animation BUT hes occupied) or the flutter effect from the flames gave the jolt, notice as the camera pans by the time the strike occurs the flame is between your Vision and hers.

The trailer was good, and the game seems to have a great atmosphere... which is the most important thing.

However, there isn't really anything amazing about the graphics. Compared to Oblivion, a 5 year old game, there very good (character models are a huge leap)... but compared with other games for this/last year, they fail to impress. Oh course its all about gameplay as far as it concerns me, but it gets kinda annoyiung hearing how amazing the graphics are.... when there really not.

If the game is as epic as that trailer, I think I'm gonna explode of sheer happiness come 11/11. This looks almost too good to be true. And OMG the dragonshout I got nerd chill overload! I watched it 3 times in a row and I still got nerd chills. xD

Skyrim guy has got a single pauldron. Yeah!

He had one in the IGN mag, people think its just the armor he happens to be wearing, but we can still hope!

@1:37: possible spell combination?

Mmmmm to me it seems like a major spell.

Here's the sequence, judge for yourself.

At first I thought it was a dragonshout, that would be cool if it was just a spell.

BGS needs to make a suitable Collector's Edition for this game - and by suitable I mean one that truly matches the grandeur, scope and atmosphere of this game.

Fallout 3 had a very elaborate C.E. - so please turn the Skyrim C.E. up to 11 BGS! :foodndrink:

In the wallpaper Beth released yesterday the pauldron is on his other shoulder. May be just a flipped image, though.

I'm not going to pre order it until some place puts it as a reasonable price. Who in their right mind would pay 60 dollars for a game? EA and Blizzard are trying to sell games for 60 bucks on STEAM now. How moronic is that? They see that lowering the price on steam gets them big sales! So what do they do? Jack up the price? Even when they don't have to pay distribution costs? It's asking for piracy.
