No idea I'm afraid =/ I have a feeling that most companies that plan on adding mods to their games will be all hush-hush until the fire dies down and the waters have been tread, then they will decide whether it's worth it or not. However, if the Witcher 3 is going to be on Steam, and it does plan on having mods, then there's a very high chance that they will be forced into mod monetization as well.

It's only there to show how many are for, against, or neutral about the whole situation. I doubt that it will ever actually lead to the voters voices being heard though, especially with the way this whole thing was just dropped on us with no warning whatsoever.
