Disease in Skyrim. : V

So ive contracted a disease called rock joint, and have no idea how to cure it. Im sick of every second NPC telling me i look sickly, or i should rest..

Anyone know how i can cure this? theres nothing in game, telling me how to..

You can buy a potion of Cure Disease from most Alchemists or you can go to any temple and pray at the Shrine to get the disease removed for free.

Visiting/praying on any temple will remove any disease and get blessing to boot

Find a cure poison potion or visit a shrine in the next city you visit.

Potion of Cure Disease, they are pretty common. If you haven't come across one, try an alchemist.

or get a blessing from a god.

So is there anything like Oblivion's "Infamy" system in Skyrim that prevents you from praying? I'm really hoping not but I wasn't too sure.

I've had rockjoint three times and am tired of it. I'm waiting for someone to invent vaccines.
