Sorry I had to do this everyone, but anyone who's ever been screwed over by a company probably understand, if not, your lucky.
Anyway : Ok I've already tried emailing you and no reply so here it goes again.
I have a problem that many other people are reporting ( check online, even on your support forums there is a specific thread dedicated to this problem).
Halfway through the knife of dunwall when moving to the second area of the legal district the game freezes up when loading this area, and causes an instant freeze crash.
My copy of dishonored is in perfect condition and no scraqes. I have tried everything including redownloadong the dlc many times, deleting all saves and starting over, re installing all updates, literally everything.
This determines that the problem isn't with my ps3 or Internet, not only because I've tried all this , and my ps3 is working completely fine with everything else, but also because this IDENTICAL problem is happening to many others in all different countries. My dishonored game still plays from start to finish fine, so the problem rests with the dlc.
I've been speaking to Sony and they tell me they can only help me if I get in contact with you and get a reply and refference number so can you please reply to me with one and explain to me how your going to fix this.
I paid good money for this dlc and it is faulty, nothing else, just the dlc. It is near enough a grift if you provide the ps network with a faulty product, they sell it to me and when I ask for a refund or working copy they tell me I need a reference number off you, and you choose to ignore me. It is fraudulent and very dishonest and dissapointing.
Like I said this isn't my first email about this but I'm hoping someone will read this and try to make good on your customer service promises. If not, you have effectivly stole my money.
