Distant LOD acting wonky

I recently installed a new texture pack (QTP3 Redimized) and regenerated the LOD using TES LODGen tool. The problem I'm having is if I look at an angle distant landmarks either http://img600.imageshack.us/img600/1980/oblivion201112092025015.jpg or turn http://img836.imageshack.us/img836/7888/oblivion201112092023027.jpg. They look decent if I look at them straight on. Can anyone tell me what I did wrong?


Edit: Nevermind. I must have accidentally turned on bloom.

This happens sometimes with RAEVWD (I hope you are using that). There are qtp textures for RAEVDW also.
