It's too far drom the border. Don't see a point in adding the exact same one. However, a falloffable cliff along these lines http://beautifulplacestovisit.com/large/mountains/Preikestolen_Norway3.jpg would be nice.

EDIT: Actually, checked and it's pretty closeto the border. Still I don't see much reason to add it, seeing as this is Skyrim, and not Cyrodiil, and there will likely be higher cliffs in Skyrim.

EDIT: Also, they'd have to redo the LOD for the Imperial city in Skyrim scale since you should be able it from there, plus Cheydinhal.
