Diverse Voices

Are anyone had an issue with Diverse Voices? http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/9829

Installed it correctly and use Wrye Bash, but elf/orc voices are... gone.

It doesn't work with the expansion packs and I've always had to manually reorganise the mods list so that the ESP is just above the Bashed Patch in order for it to work.

Never had a problem and like this mod.

But missing voices sound like missing files. Perhaps mispackaged or not downloaded?

I'm using it without issues, try the fix .esp they offer on the nexus download page.

Thx for advices!

I tried fix .esp - no voices.

Maybe that was mispacked? I unpacked it and it has subdirectories like that:
Sound\voice\Oblivion.esm\Dark Elf and so on...
Sound\voice\dlcbattlehorncastle.esp\Dark Elf and so on...

Maybe they should be just Sound\voice\Dark Elf?

As for Load Order I use BOSS, so it should be fine I suppose.
It's the only mod with voice Tag

Sound\voice\Oblivion.esm\Dark Elf is what I have and it works.

It only works when NOT merged into Bashed Patch and loaded AFTER Bashed Patch.

What does that means?

Should I post it in WB thread maybe?

Seems like it would be a merge conflict.

Load all mods into tes4edit with this mod active - and with it merged into bash. Even though with bash in can be merged - leave it active for tes4edit so that its records can be compared to the bashed patch.

Then compare - check file paths in the diverse voices esp and see if they are the same in the bashed patch and if not then what other mod might be altering. If you get nothing then ask the bash people.

EDITED from WB thread:

It works however (merged and with tags used) but only when I deactivate Import Names function (I used it for Polish names from !Oblivion_PL)...

When tried to edit Diverse Voices.esp in TES4Edit (only the names to Polish: Mroczny elf instad of Dark Elf and so on) it doesn't work. It doesn't even work when I removed those RACE records.
So I have to either use it and lost Polish names or don't use it at all I'm afraid :(
...Or maybe there's smtgh I could do...?
