Divination on Tamriel

I've just been wondering lately, while the backbone of TES is, well, THE Elder Scrolls themselves, are there other methods of divining the future? It's been a while since I've played Tribunal or Bloodmoon, but I recall some of the events of Oblivion being prophesied by a (mad?) Dunmer and a talking skull...

I have played Skyrim, but can't remember much about origins of the LDB prophesy, other than it leading the game (whereas the Nerevarine prophesies where confusing/conflicting and a lot less clear).

Mainly, I'm just curious if there are soothsayers, oracles, palm readers, tea leaf readers, rune stone readers, or tarot/divination card readers in recorded lore (well, accurate to a degree, that is). I'm sure false prophets and scam artists have existed, or maybe like .... [name escapes me] who foretells the future, but no one can believe her, would fit in well....

I believe the Last Dragonborn prophecy is from a scroll but I'm not sure where I've heard that. I think it might have been Esbern or maybe Paarthurnax?

There is that old lady in front of her house behind breeze home in whiterun that offers to do a palm/tea leaf or some such reading for you. I'm sure there's quite a few ways to do it in TES but that the only one that really regarded as credible are prophecies from the Scrolls.

It would explain how Harkon learned of the prophecy from Dawnguard since sure he had two elder scrolls but I don't think he ever had a moth priest on hand to read them before and it's kind of iffy on how Vyrthur managed to spread that particular prophecy in the first place.

Edit: Found where it was I heard the sourcce of the LDB prophecy.

The Nervarine Prophecy came straight from Azura, and she (as well as her priests) are often able to see the future.
