Hey Morrowinders,

Long time no relz. I've updated my personal version of this mod in drips and drabs so much over the last year I wanted to share it as an update. In short, the blending with the enviroment is much better than previous releases - lets call it more 'immersive'.

1.5 also includes all the hide banners for Dunmer towns. I've tried to give them a 'hand-daubed' look. Check out the screens below. I hope to post updates for the remaining hide banners - House Sigils and Shop banners etc - it just depends if I can source quality symbols for what's left. Enjoy!

Djangos Rugs and Tapestries 1.5

This is an extensive rug and tapestry replacer. As of 1.5, I have retexured all Dunmer, Imperial and
Ashlander tapestries in the game. I have also replaced the main birthsign tapestries, the Dunmer Temple
hide hangings and the Town Name hide hangings. All rugs in the game have had their meshes upgraded to seamless, non tiling textures curtesy
of Tommy Khajiit - the round rugs in particular are a massive improvement. The tapestry textures are 512x1024,
while the large rug textures are a whopping 2048x1024 - but a relatively modern rig should have no problem with this.

1.5 - Added Town Name hide hangings
Altered most textures to blend seamlessly in a room
1.4 - New seamless rug meshes, replacing the original tiled meshes - larger, more detailed textures
Added Dunmer temple hide hangings
Added Ashlander tapestries
Added Ritual Birthsign tapestry
1.3 - Tweaked Warrior tap colours
Tweaked de_tapestry_13 symmetry
New textures for rugs 00, 02, 03, 04, 05 and 07
1.2 - Added Warrior + Wizard birthsign tapestries
Added Imperial Dragon and Dunmer Temple tapestries
Tapestries de_tapestry_8, 11 + 12 altered to more symmetrical designs
1.1 - Replaced rugs 3,4 and 5 with simpler designs that blend better
Increased de_tapestry 5 resoloution up to 512x1024
Replaced de_tapestry 4 and 9 with 'better' designs
Used a weathering effect on de-tapestry 8 to make it blend better
Fixed the alpha map on de_tapestries 7 and 13 so scraps of cloth weren't hanging off
1.0 - Initial release. 'Covers' all rugs and tapestries except Temple and Imperial Cult tapestries.

Oh cool! This was a neat surprise Von Djangos! I've been using this replacer in my game for a while now and the update looks fantastic. I'm very glad you decided to share this with us.

Note: the "Hide Banners" link is missing the .jpg at the end.

These look like a fantastic improvement; really loving the non-tiling rugs! Also, you forgot the .jpg on the "hide banners" link :happy:

Von Djangos, you accidentally uploaded at Oblivion Nexus instead of Morrowind Nexus (which only has 1.4).
