Are the extras such as the Sundercliff Keep, Frostcrag Spire or Dunbarrow Cove available for the PS3?

This isn't an attack on you, OP. It's just that so many people come here asking this exact question. Beth is done with Oblivion. They're done with Fallout 3. They're moving on to bigger and better things, like TES V. Hopefully.

No its not. It is not part of either the Platinum Hits, or the regular edition of Oblivion on 360. Its is available as DLC on XBOX Live or part of the GOTY ed. As far as I know it doesn't come as part of any of the different versions of the game except the GOTY.

i am done with these ppl it is f,in stupied i love my ps3 but on have to have a 360 or pc to get the dlc i for one like oblivion but will not buy no more of there game till they take the time to put there dlc on all consoles

They seemed to have improved their system for Fallout 3. Besides, the vanilla game has literally hundreds of hours of gameplay. How upset can you be that you've missed out on a couple of small quests and a couple new houses?
